At Lacrosse Unlimited, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure items are in original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact; custom-strung heads and personalized jerseys are final sale.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in the original shipping box if possible, attach the provided prepaid shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
