How long does it take to string a custom lacrosse head?
Our professional stringing team typically completes custom orders within 3-5 business days. Once finished, your head is shipped via your selected shipping method.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Custom-strung heads and personalized jerseys are final sale.
Do you offer team discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! We offer special pricing for youth, high school, and club teams ordering 12 or more items. Please contact our Team Sales department for a custom quote.
How do I know what size lacrosse shaft I need?
Attack and midfield players typically use a 30-inch shaft, defensemen use a 60-inch shaft, and goalies use a 40-inch shaft. Youth sizes may vary based on league regulations.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Is there a warranty on lacrosse heads and shafts?
Most manufacturers provide a limited 6-month warranty against breakages under normal playing conditions. Please retain your receipt, as it is required for all warranty claims.
